TEC 2010 Sponsorship Opportunities

BASIC SPONSORSHIP:

* Bronze Sponsorship, max 20 vendors @ $1,000.00 plus GST

  • Logo identified as sponsor in conference magazine and select marketing programs
  • Sponsorship of TEC conference agenda and program guide
  • Vendor information display (10’ x 3’) in the SEQ building (Library Corridor) for 2 days
  • Inclusion of one (1) full-conference pass for a sponsor employee
  • Three (3) $100 registration discount coupons for you to give to your customers
  • TEC blog authorship

Notes:
Location – The conference this year will be held at the Seneca @ York campus.
Displays – Instead of traditional 10 x 10 booths, this year we will provide 10’ x 3’ areas in the Library Corridor and Kaleidoscope for pop-up or table-top displays.
Kaleidoscope – All sponsors, speakers, and attendees are encouraged to participate in the Kaleidoscope hospitality room, where refreshments will be served throughout both days of the conference. This applies to all sponsors, regardless of whether they have a display in the kaleidoscope or not.
Parking – Parking is free for attendees, speakers, and sponsors. Get a ticket when you park, and then pick up an exit pass each day at TEC Registration.
Security – You can leave your display in place overnight, but keep any valuables with you.
(TUG is not responsible for any loss or damage.)
Set up – Displays can be set up any time Day 0 (April 26) or before 10 am Day 1 (April 27).
Shipping – Check with the TUG office for details regarding shipping materials to the conference
Hotel – Special on-campus accommodations are available at the Schulich Executive Centre

PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:

* Silver Sponsorship, max 10 vendors @ $2,200.00 plus GST

  • Promotions in conference publicity and agenda through articles and ads in the pre-conference TEC magazine. ½ page per silver sponsor
  • Inclusion as sponsor in select marketing programs (website, email, mailings, blogs, etc.)
  • Sponsorship of TEC conference agenda and program guide
  • Vendor information display (10’ x 3’) in your choice of either the hospitality room (SEQ building – Kaleidoscope Room) or the Library Corridor for 2 days
  • Inclusion of classroom or lab session, utilizing vendor-based speaker and selected topic in the TEC 2010 agenda
  • TEC blog authorship
  • Inclusion of two (2) conference passes for vendor employees
  • 10 (TEN) $100 registration discount coupons for you to give to your customers

* Gold Sponsorship, max 5 vendors @ $5,500.00 plus GST

  • Recognition as Gold Conference Sponsor throughout the conference
  • Engineer 1-2 sessions into the conference agenda featuring sponsor speaker
  • Promote conference and agenda through articles and ads in a pre-conference TEC magazine (two pages per gold sponsor, ¾ content vs. advertisement)
  • Inclusion as sponsor in ALL marketing programs (website, email, mailings, blogs, etc)
  • Sponsorship of TEC conference agenda and program guide
  • Our TEC 2010 marketing plans include a comprehensive CRM and Market Intelligence program including 1:1 interviews with all member companies. For Gold Sponsors, we will share the TUG Market Intelligence high level results and work with you as a channel to create messages to address to your targeted audiences. (Note: we cannot give the member names but will be happy to work with you to direct messages/programs)
  • Vendor information display (10’ x 3’) in your choice of either the hospitality room (SEQ building – Kaleidoscope Room) or the Library Corridor — or both, for 2 days
  • Vendor tech-talk at hospitality lab in TEL building providing 1:1 demo and briefings (TEL building Lab 2109) or Vendor Information Display near Registration in the SEQ building
  • Opportunity to host an “Executive Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner” at Schulich School of Business Private dining room with select target audience (at extra cost)
  • Inclusion of four (4) conference passes for vendor employees

  • Promote conference and agenda through articles and ads in a pre-conference TEC magazine (Four pages per gold sponsor, ¾ content vs. advertisement)
